This week we created storyboards. We remembered everything we have learnt so far!
Have a closer look at our work. We have been learning all about hibernation. Can you remember why hedgehogs hibernate for the Winter? Can you remember three facts about hedgehogs .... Here are some:
 We made a menu for a hedgehog's diet. We wrote a fact file about a hedgehog. Finally we made our hedgehogs using crepe paper! Have a look at our work. We have learnt how to count in doubles. Have a go at the game below. Help Rachel Rocket get to space by counting in doubles. We worked on words to describe the character of a witch. Here are some samples of our work. Then we wrote about our characters and decorated them. Have a look! In art class this week we constructed 3D witches. We had lots of fun making all the parts and then putting the witch together. We hung them in our classroom for Halloween. We are learning to name and identify 2D shapes. Here are four shapes we know very well.

Our Number 13 Treasure MapWe are learning all the ways to make the number 13 this week. How many can you think of? Each piece of our map had to equal the number 13. We had to figure out the sums in order to unscramble the map. This guided our pirate to his treasure! Have a look ....    |
